Now the world is suffering in Covid 19. In Bangladesh the second wave of Covid 19 attacked. Government of Bangladesh decided to maintain stick lock down. In the period how we overcome the tension during lock down.

Don’t rush: We may not be rush in different works.
Stay informed: We may get information from authentic source.
Talk to friends and relatives: over phone: We may talk to others for save the time.
Take physical exercise regularly: We should take physical exercise to keep fit.
Love yourself and your: We love ourselves and our works.
